    I don't understand the bad reviews. I always get the cheeseburger combo for £., it comes with: burger, fries and a soft drink. It's REALLY cheap. So cheap, that's actually cheaper than getting the same things in McDonalds. And is very tasty. I really like the fries, they are really good, always crispy and freshly made. The burger isn't bad either. And, as said, VERY cheap for what you get. People who work there are as nice as they can be, considering they are standing all day, in front of the heat, serving so many people's orders. I never felt bad or ignored or insulted, and I always felt safe in this store while waiting, even at night times. People should consider the cheap prices and stop being greedy, and to understand what actually means working in customer service in busy establishments and how hard people try to feed or please everyone.

    I ordered through uber eats the special noodles combo ( buy get free) which included a box of noodles, wings, strips and a drink. I ended up received only the two boxes of noodles with nothing else. Contacted the restaurant and they threatened to swear at me telling me that they have sent all the food. I also told the extremely rude man I would send a picture of what I received and he left me on seen. Kept calling through different numbers and there was no response. What a freaking scam. Disgusting behaviour, I genuinely hope the man stops cheating customers.

    Had an awful experience at Wing Master ( Harrow Road). From the moment I walked in, the service was cold and robotic. The cashier didn't greet me properly and acted like they were just going through the motions. I ordered two strip burgers and fries, and despite picking up the order personally, the food was already cold by the time I got it. It smelled off, like they used bad oil, and after eating, I felt sick. Absolutely terrible. I won't be going back again.

    I've ordered the comb of £. each kebab burger and fries and instead of that he gave me another stuff and I asked him to change it because this not I have ordered though he just gave it what he prepared, if you can't provide the proper service it's better shut it rather than running the business and atleast hire those people who can speak English and understand.
